TGH40N135FD insulated gate bipolar transistor is made by field stop process, 1350v, with the characteristics of high-speed switching and low conduction loss. It is suitable for multiple temperature ranges, can operate at 175 ℃ and is easy to operate in parallel. It conforms to ROHS standard and has obtained JEDEC qualification certification. The product can be used in induction heating, inverter microwave oven and soft switch applications.
